Meecorp’s Preferred Equity JV’s are competitive to traditional joint venture equity in both leverage and cost. We will invest up to 97% of cost (but no greater than 90% of equity) over conventional senior construction debt in exchange for a preferred return and an equity share of the deal (typically between 35%-55%) after return of sponsor equity.
